Integration is the process of assimilating all that we have received into our everyday lives. Each time we sit with these powerful sacraments, we receive a sacred gift. We receive new awarenesses, insights, lessons and shifts in perception. Integration groups are a safe space to be vulnerable and share our experience with others. It is a loving community where we can celebrate our breakthroughs and support each other when we struggle. Healing is  patient commitment and it requires daily effort to get the changes that we desire in our lives.
