Healing asks us to begin unraveling the beliefs, patterns and choices—both recent and ancient—that may have once served us, but no longer support who we are becoming. This journey is not always easy or gentle. It asks for courage, willingness and a patient daily devotion to ourselves and our healing. I create clear, sacred space where you can feel safe to courageously meet yourself—fully, honestly and without judgment.

I believe deeply in our capacity to heal and transform.We are beautifully complex beings, and healing is rarely found through one path alone. My own journey has taught me the value of different modalities and truly skilled facilitators, each meeting us where we are and offering what may be needed next.Healing asks for our participation—a willingness to see ourselves clearly, remain open to where the journey leads, and bring patient daily devotion to what is asking for our attention. My daily prayer is to do so with integrity, purity of heart and humility.
